Test Repertoire
Due to the way pathology services have evolved over time in south east London, three different sets of test repertoires are currently available to GP practices – one for Bromley, another for Southwark and Lambeth, and a third for Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham. As the transformation[AW1] of pathology services in the region continues, plans are in place to create a single version of tQuest across all the above boroughs and, as part of that work, Synnovis aims to standardise test repertoires so that all practices will have access to the same tests.

BGL Test Component changes
The transfer of services in Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham saw some changes to the test components of common Blood Sciences profiles for those boroughs and these are listed in the table below. Please be assured that everything that was previously included in these profiles is available as a separate orderable test.
Full Blood Count (FBC)
Additional parameters are now being reported as part of the FBC. Please find further clinical guidance on this here.
