The driving force supporting our service led strategy is our dedicated Customer Service team.
Based at Francis House, we are the first point of contact for calls and emails into Viapath. Our core focus is 'Add-ons' and providing test results.
Consisting of a front line team answering calls & emails, and our Customer Service Coordinators who look after our customers in transition and some of our more complex requests, our team is perfectly placed to assist with any Viapath query.
Patients must not contact us directly to obtain their own results. A healthcare professional should contact us to obtain these results. Viapath Customer Services are not permitted to discuss or provide information directly to patients.
