Clinical details: 
In solid organ transplantation the presence of HLA donor specific antibodies is associated with graft loss and graft dysfunction. Flow cytometric (FCXM) crossmatch tests are used to identify HLA donor specific antibodies. A crossmatch test is performed in living kidney transplantation
