Clonality Assessment (Ig/TCR) for suspected cutaneous lymphoma

The cutaneous lymphoma service at GSTFT is the largest tertiary referral centre in the UK for primary cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL) . The laboratory provides a molecular diagnostic service for clonality assessment in cutaneous T- and B-cell lymphoma and has a strong international reputation for clinical excellence and research. The majority of cases analysed are requested through our cutaneous lymphoma MDM but we accept direct referrals for outside cases. Asssays are performed on fresh/frozen lesional skin biopsies or parrafin embedded tissue, we will also analyse matched blood samples and other tissues if involvelment is suspected. Further information and request forms can be obtained by contacting the laboratory directly.
