Michael Holder became Viapath's Head of Customer Services in 2018 after successful appointments within numerous other sections within Viapath.
Having joined Viapath from Guys and St Thomas' Hospital NHS Trust as part of Pathology, Michael has a valuable mix of knowledge and experience across all aspects of Viapath and has a successful track record in Business improvement and customer satisfaction improvement projects.
In 2016 Michael became a Certified Expert in Business Analysis which has proved invaluable to Viapath.
