Description: 
Initiation and culture of fibroblasts from skin biopsies. Long-term storage of fibroblasts in liquid nitrogen cell bank. Culture of other cell types including amniocytes and chorionic villus.

Call to discuss, minimum 8 weeks to establish and store fibroblasts from a skin biopsy
Storage and transport: 
Collect skin biopsies into sterile saline or sterile culture media containing fetal bovine serum and send by first class post or courier. Do not freeze. Mycoplasma testing is carried out as standard.
