Multiplex assay to detect norovirus GI, GII genogroups and an internal control (MS2 phage RNA) based on work by Kageyama et al., (2003), Vainio and Myrmel (2006),Hoehne and Schreier (2006) and Dreier et al., (2006) using primers and probes complementary to the ORF1-ORF2 junction.
