Description: 
Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) based assays to determine HLA Class I (HLA-A,B,C) and II (HLA-DRB1,3,4,5 DQB1,DPB1). HLA typing performed to 2 digit (‘serological equivalent’) solution.
