Description: 
Diasorin ETI-CYTOK-M reverse PLUS is an IgM capture assay for qualitative determination of specific IgM to CMV. Mouse monoclonal IgG against human IgM ( chain specific) is immobilised on the inner surface of microwells to capture the total IgM present in the serum. Mouse monoclonal IgG to CMV conjugated to horseradish-peroxidase-labelled CMV antigen is used as enzyme tracer with TMB the substrate.
