Dr Surabhi Taori MBBS MSc MD FRCPath PhD

Surabhi completed her basic and  specialist medical training in Mumbai (India) and higher specialist training in Edinburgh. Following this, she worked with Public Health England at the Rare and Imported Pathogens Department. Currently she is the Infection Control Doctor for King's College Hospital.

She is interested in research pertaining to C. difficle infections and has a PhD from the University of Edinburgh.

C. difficle infections are complex in aetiology and can cause clinical disease ranging from simple diarrhoea to death. Our mission at King’s is to understand this infection better and keep it out of the hospital environment.
