Diagnostic Immunology Laboratory Director, Consultant & Clinical Lead, Honorary Senior Lecturer

Mohammad has trained as a physician and scientist in immunology at University College London and Imperial College Schools of Medicine before joining King’s college Hospital in 2001. He has founded and continues to lead the primary immunodeficiency and allergy clinical services in the hospital where he heads the department of Immunological Medicine.

Mohammad main research interests are innate immune mechanisms including dendritic cell regulation and primary immunodeficiency disorders.

He was President of the Clinical Immunology & Allergy Section of the Royal Society of Medicine and continues to serve on council.
